Frequently asked questions about our balletcourses
Which ballet course is suitable for me?
In fact, every ballet class is suitable for young and old. The level of ballet is also no problem. This is partly because the lessons are offered with a fixed price.
Because you only pay a one-off amount, you can follow the lesson indefinitely and take as long as you need.
It is only up to you to choose which movement you would like to learn within ballet.
If you are not sure yet whether ballet is actually something for you, you may want to read this page. Here we neatly list all the benefits of ballet. This may make it a bit easier to choose the right course package.

Are the lessons suitable for kids?
Yes! Our courses are perfect for kids. The course can be done over-and-over. With this method a kid can practice in his own time and can take all the time he/she needs. With the detailed video's the lessons are also understandable for kids.
Ballet is a highly graceful and aesthetically pleasing dance form that has been enjoyed by audiences all over the world for centuries. Its beauty and elegance make it an ideal choice for kids, as it provides an opportunity for them to express themselves creatively, learn important life skills, and develop their physical and mental abilities.
One of the primary benefits of ballet for kids is that it helps to improve their physical coordination, flexibility, and balance. Ballet requires a high degree of physical control and precise movements, and practicing these skills helps children to develop their motor skills, coordination, and posture. Additionally, because ballet is a low-impact form of exercise, it is ideal for kids who may not be comfortable participating in more high-impact activities such as soccer or basketball.
Ballet also provides important mental benefits for kids, including increased focus, discipline, and perseverance. Learning and perfecting the steps and techniques of ballet requires a high degree of focus, as well as the ability to repeat and practice movements until they are perfected. This helps kids to develop their concentration and focus, as well as their ability to work hard and persevere in the face of difficulty.
In addition to its physical and mental benefits, ballet is also a great way for kids to develop their creativity and self-expression. Ballet allows kids to explore their imaginations and express themselves in new and unique ways, encouraging them to think outside of the box and develop their own individual styles. This is especially important for kids who may be shy or introverted, as ballet provides them with a safe and supportive environment to express themselves and build their confidence.
We have also set up a complete page to emphasize the benefits of our website once again. Children in particular benefit enormously from our curricula. You can view this page here.

To help you a little further, we have written a page about following ballet at home. You can read this page again here.
- Start with the basics: Focus on building a strong foundation of the fundamentals of ballet. This includes learning the basic positions, such as first, second, and fifth positions, as well as pliés, tendus, and dégagés.
- Get the right gear: Invest in a pair of ballet shoes, which will help you to maintain proper form and posture while practicing. You may also want to invest in a ballet barre, which can help you to maintain your balance while practicing movements.
- Practice regularly: Consistent practice is the key to improving your ballet skills. Try to practice for at least 30 minutes every day, and aim to increase your practice time as you progress.
- Seek feedback: Ask a friend or family member to observe your practice and provide feedback on your form and technique. You can also consider taking a class or private lesson to receive professional feedback on your dancing.

I am most grateful that my teacher not only makes learning fun and shares his knowledge, but his passion for his field as well. I could not have found a better place to learn new skills.
